SEPHORA GOES PANTONE

Here is a great masterstroke from Sephora, it must be admitted: a partnership with Pantone. The association gave birth to a whole range of make-up, represented by the famous color identification reference, called Sephora + Pantone Universe Beauty Collection.

This collection highlights the color of the year: 17-1463 Tangerine Tango. Until then I found the idea funny but in practice the realization not great: we quickly get tired of a single color by dint of seeing it everywhere, right? I love orange, but what generally makes me crack is the variety of colors (I say that but you never know, maybe if I had the collection in front of me I would crack?) 😉.

This first highlight, therefore, declines color in various makeup products in all its forms and even beauty accessories: brushes, false eyelashes, etc.

I came back to my first not-so-good idea when I discovered the superb Sephora + Pantone Universe Shades of Nature palette!

On the program: a variation of 35 eyeshadows whose shades are inspired by the beauty of nature. No doubt, it's a palette for beauty-addicts, but one that will greatly titillate computer geeks: it has the format of an Ipad tablet, it is super thin and contains a large mirror that takes up the entire facade. What a pity, however, that we do not find all the Pantone codes under each of the eyeshadows! In reality, it is to highlight the 7 colors around which the palette revolves, the rest of the shadows being variations in harmony.
